About Me, Demi Schmiederer.

I am a product of my own advice.

While I feel confident in my process and recommendations backed by scientific research, my anecdotal experience is not only important to me but relatable to who I work with. I was overweight, unhealthy, a product of years of poor adolescent auto-immune disorder treatment. I was sick and unhealthy, plain as that. I was overweight much of my coherent life, with the exception of having a natural athletic ability given my size and stature, but I had no idea how to harness it into my own power. I felt helpless, lifeless and lost. A combination of unwavering faith in myself, hard work and commitment, and a foundational nutrition plan were the keys to me overcoming my poor health. I don’t just believe in what I say, I live on a daily basis what I say to others. To me, our food is the key to not only unlocking our best potential version of ourselves but it is the key to aging happier and healthier than those before us. Food is a powerful tool and and when you aren’t aware of the capabilities of it you fear it. My goal is to help deconstruct your unhealthy relationship with food and build it back in a way that allows you to enjoy what you eat and hit whatever respective goals you have at the same time.
